Tomeka Eron 'Meka' Jackson

Tomeka E. Jackson, 38, passed away September 2, 2015. A lifelong resident of Columbus where she attended public schools. Preceded in death by mother Regina L. Jackson, brother James M. McDonald, and paternal grandmother Sammye A. Nutter. Survived by father James M. (Bernadette) Nutter; sisters, Antoinette Liscomb, Ayanna Nutter, and Christina Taylor; brother James R. Nutter; aunts, Oretha Jackson, Mary L. Nutter, and Charmaigne (Keith) Harriston; uncles, Lynn (Regina) Nutter, Charles L. Nutter, Michael J. Beasley, Larry Drake, Fernando Shipley, and Dwayne D. (Stephanie) Drake; niece, Jemetria Lipscomb; nephews, Daryl Oliver, Jr. and Steeriet Lipscomb; 3 great nieces, and a host of cousins. She will be missed by us all, but most of all, we will miss her infectious laugh and vibrant personality.
