She leaves to cherish her loving memory to her son, Shawn Berry; daughter, Shaniyah Forrest; grandchildren, Tyshawn and Shawn Berry III and soon to be born grandbaby; mother, Ruth (Short) Forrest; father, Dennis (Michelle) Muhammed; siblings, Jerome Forrest, Tersia Forrest, Ahmad Muhammed of New York, Niemah Muhammed other relatives and many friends.
