Ollie “Fae” Banks, age 94, transitioned peacefully to be with the Lord on February 14, 2017. A lifelong member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Fae retired from Lazarus Department Stores after 25 years, and Life Care Alliance after 28 years of service. Preceded in death by her parents, husband James M. Banks, son James D. Banks, and six siblings. Left to cherish her memories are her three sisters, Vada Dillard of Upper Marlboro, MD, Christine Davis of Tulsa, OK, and Francis Chiles of Aguanga, CA; devoted and caregiving nieces, Annette French and Chandra Banks; special nephew Raynard Banks; daughters, Cheryl Diane Reed and Victoria Banks; daughter-in-law May Lei Banks (James); grandchildren, Juana (Mike) Hostin, Joe Banks, Paula Banks, Nic Banks, Mary Banks, Robbie Banks, Donica (Keith) Key, Todd Reed, and Leslie Hawkins; 14 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and a host of other loved nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
