James Ernest Barnes Jr., affectionately known as Jimmy" or "Bo", was born on February 06, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio to James Sr. and Pauline Barnes. He is a graduate of Franklin Heights High School (1978). He was employed and retired from Complete General Construction company after 30 plus years of service. Jimmy loved his family and was loved by all that knew him, he was a father of three with two bonus kids that he raised. Jimmy's hobbies were coaching little league football, boxing, fishing, hunting, riding his Harley. He also enjoyed playing cards and going to the horse races, casinos, and spending time with family and friends cooking on the grill. He was a wonderful father. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents; father, James Barnes Sr,; two daughters, Tonique Long, Janay Barnes; granddaughter, Brooklyn Long; and several aunts and uncles. He leaves to cherish his memory mother, Pauline Barnes; sons, James Barnes,III, Felix (Tonya) Stewart; daughter ,Yvonne Baynes; siblings, Ruthan (Romal) Griggs, Tonya Barnes, Laura(Darryl) Mason, and William Barnes; great-aunt, Josie Pogue; grandkids, Jaazain, Katerra, Davion, London, Faith, Emerie, Felix III, Kyron, Chloe, Quran, Ca'Leah, Ca'layah; special friend, Cyra Sue Vinson; special family friend, Mericle Long; and a host of family, extended family & friends
