Harry M. Howell, 64, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2012 in Columbus, Ohio. He resided in San Diego, California for the past four years. He was a member of Union Grove. He retired from DSCC and was a U.S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by parents Harry and Martha Howell. Survived by wife of 43 years, In Cha Howell; son, Michael (Sonia) Howell; daughters, Kim (Toriano) Baker, Michelle (Kente) Binford; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Douglas (Marva) Howell, Saundra (Timothy) Grant; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
