Frances L. Brown, 85, born to Joseph and Ada Harrell in Bramwell, WV, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015. She is predeceased by husband Emmett O. Brown, siblings Joseph, Mary, Robert, Dorothy, Nina, and William, and grandchildren Steven Jr. and Antonio. She is survived by sons, Timothy, Steven, Eric “Pee Wee” (Deborah) Brown, and Albert (Janice) Brown of California; daughters, Karen Smith, Tina “Honey” Brown, Kathy (Erick) Owens, and Drema Brown “Daughter-in-Law” ; siblings, Gloria (Marcellus) Lloyd, Louise (Al) Battle, and Elbert Harrell; 16 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
