Carrie Lee Baylor, 95, longtime resident of Columbus, OH, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 13, 2019, at her home in Tampa, Florida. She is survived by her children, Vivian Blackwell, Gwendolyn Baylor, Phyllis Day, Barbara Wooten, Lavinia Wooten, and Marvin Baylor; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
